Verified agricultural data infrastructure

One data layer for emissions, traceability and climate finance.

CarbonBhoomi digitises the farm, verifies it with satellite and field evidence, and turns it into audit-ready reporting — for exporters, processors, FPOs, governments and carbon developers.

Who we are

Built for the reality of agricultural supply chains.

We work where the data actually lives — with farmers, aggregators, field teams and the systems enterprises already run.

Three capabilities sit on one data layer: measurement and verification, traceability and compliance, and registries, carbon projects and climate finance. Collect once, use everywhere.

The problem

The problem with agricultural data today

01

Emissions data stops at the factory gate

Scope 3 is where 80–90% of agri-food emissions sit, yet most enterprises estimate it from spend or national averages. Buyers and auditors no longer accept proxies.

02

Traceability breaks at the aggregator

Produce is pooled long before it reaches a facility. Without farm-level identity, batch claims cannot be defended and EUDR geolocation is impossible.

03

Regenerative claims lack evidence

Practice change is real but undocumented. Without satellite and field verification, sustainable sourcing programmes stay marketing rather than measurable.

04

Climate finance never reaches the farm

Carbon and transition finance require registries, baselines and MRV that smallholder systems do not have. The capital exists; the infrastructure does not.

05

Compliance deadlines arrive faster than data

EUDR, BRSR Core and buyer questionnaires all ask for farm-level evidence on fixed timelines. Assembling it per request, per market, does not scale past the first season.

06

Every programme rebuilds the same records

The same farmer is re-surveyed for each scheme, buyer and project, because nobody owns a persistent registry. The cost is paid repeatedly and the data still does not reconcile.

The platform

How the platform works

See the architecture
01

Digital Farm Identity

Every farm gets a persistent record: GPS boundary, ownership, crop history, practices and season logs.

02

Data Collection Framework

Field-officer app, offline forms, IoT and ERP connectors feed one validated activity dataset.

03

Satellite & AI Engine

Remote sensing for crop, canopy, water and deforestation signals, cross-checked against field records.

04

Intelligence & Reporting

Calculation engine, dashboards and audit-ready exports for buyers, regulators and financiers.

Three core products

Three products, one verified data layer

Platform workflow

How an engagement runs

01

Onboard

Define commodity, geography, markets and the obligations you must meet.

02

Map

Every farm, aggregator, facility and transporter becomes a tracked node.

03

Collect

Field officers and digital forms capture activity data at source, online or off.

04

Verify

Satellite and AI checks validate practices, area and land-use claims.

05

Report

Emissions inventory, traceability records and compliance exports, audit-ready.

06

Act

Set reduction targets, run projects, route climate finance to the farm.

Why CarbonBhoomi

Why teams choose CarbonBhoomi

Most tools give you a dashboard. We give you the field operation, the calculation engine, and the evidence trail behind every number.

Field operation included

We do not hand over software and leave. Our team onboards the supply chain and collects the data with you.

Method transparency

Versioned, source-cited emission factors. Every number opens to its method and lineage.

Built for aggregation

Designed for smallholder reality — pooling, tenancy, mixed cropping and offline capture.

One data layer, many outputs

Collect once; produce emissions, traceability, compliance and finance outputs from the same record.

Regulation-tracking

EUDR, BRSR Core, CSRD, EcoVadis and CDP requirements maintained as they evolve.

Scales to programmes

From a single exporter to a state-wide registry without changing systems.
