If you export to the EU - the EUDR play
You face a hard legal deadline.
From 30 December 2026, covered commodities cannot be placed on the EU market without farm-level geolocation proving they are deforestation-free. Even when your EU importer files the due-diligence statement, they cannot do it without traceability data from you. We build that data trail.
The lead time matters: large and medium operators comply from 30 December 2026, smaller ones from 30 June 2027, but buyers will ask for data well before their own deadline.
If you supply ESG-driven buyers - the BRSR / questionnaire play
The pressure comes from your buyers, not a single law.
Your commodities are not covered by EUDR, but your EU, UK, US and listed-Indian buyers still send sustainability questionnaires and increasingly demand measured, farm-level emissions data instead of policy documents and spend-based estimates. BRSR Core pushes the same demand down from India's largest listed companies.
Important: these commodities are not EUDR-covered, and we do not present them as such. The lever here is buyer questionnaires and BRSR value-chain disclosure.
